PAMED Member among Those Honored with “Women of Influence” Award

The Pennsylvania Medical Society (PAMED) and Berks County Medical Society member Kristen Sandel, MD, FACEP, is among those who have been honored with a Lehigh Valley Business “Women of Influence” award.

Twenty-five Women of Influence award winners, as well as three Special Award Winners, were selected for their contributions to their companies, industries, and communities.

“It is an honor to be sharing this award with such an exceptional group of women,” said Dr. Sandel.

PAMED would like to acknowledge Dr. Sandel and all Pennsylvania physicians who show unwavering dedication to their patients and their communities. “It is a privilege to care for patients in this community and to assist in the education of patients, families, and students in the hospital setting and beyond,” Dr. Sandel noted.

The Women of Influence award winners were honored during a luncheon on May 19 at Cedar Crest College in Allentown.
